Before receiving the parcel from the courier company, always check whether the parcel has not been damaged during transport. If the box shows signs of external damage, you can refuse to accept the shipment and contact us by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org (it is worth mentioning in the title that this is a shipment damaged during transport).
During delivery of the parcel, we recommend opening the parcel in the presence of the courier and, in the event of damage resulting from transport, writing down a damage report and asking the courier for a signature - such a document is the basis for a subsequent complaint.
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:
- Write to us at email@example.com. Describe your problem and attach photos of the product with which you had difficulty.
- We are very likely able to help you at this stage. If it turns out that it is necessary to ship the product, please download the complaint FORM, in which you will provide detailed reasons for the complaint about the product, shipping address, contact telephone number and account number to which any refund should be sent.
- Product return:
When submitting a complaint, please send back the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the invoice or receipt. The product should be sent back via any courier company (DPD, Inpost, FEDEX, DHL, GLS).

- Within 14 days of receiving the complained product, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the result of the complaint procedure.
In accordance with applicable law, from the moment of delivery of the ordered goods, you have 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason as part of the withdrawal from the distance contract. This applies only to consumer sales, i.e. sales to a natural person who purchased the products for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity.
The returned product cannot bear any traces of use, cannot be damaged in any way beyond inspection, and the goods should be delivered in the original packaging. The costs of shipping the returned goods are borne by the Buyer. Before returning the product, please contact us by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the date of shipment.
IMPORTANT!!! We do not accept returns sent via Poczta Polska or cash on delivery!
To with draw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, please attach a written statement to the shipment in which you express your willingness to return the product and provide the account number to which we should transfer the funds for the returned product.
