# WHICH BED IS LIGHTER: ALUMINUM OR WOODEN?
The weight difference in favor of the aluminum bed is approximately 1 kg. The aluminum bed weighs approximately 10 kg (with accessories: headrest, front armrest and 2 side armrests, the weight is approximately 13 kg). The wooden bed weighs approximately 11 kg (with accessories: headrest, front armrest and 2 side armrests, weight is approximately 14 kg).
# I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED, WHAT HAPPENED?
We usually send each product included in the order as an independent package. Unfortunately, the entire order does not always reach the recipient in one day - it all depends on the courier company and their logistics. There have been cases where two parcels from the same order were delivered by two couriers. Due to their size, some products are sent in several packages - for example, a 2-in-1 lamp takes up to 3 packages.
# CAN I RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE?
Of course, we issue VAT invoices. We send each purchase document electronically to the e-mail address you provide.
# I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT / INVOICE
We send the purchase documents by e-mail to the address provided when placing the order. It happens that e-mail with attachment goes to spam, so check the "spam" folder. E-mails are sent automatically, but if you do not receive the e-mail with proof of purchase, please contact us at the following e-mail address: email@example.com
# HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM YOU?
The warranty lasts 12 months for hidden defects not resulting from use (possible ways to resolve a complaint are repair, replacement with a new one or refund).
# WHEN CAN I COUNT ON FREE DELIVERY?
We offer free delivery to i-coucou products only when shipped within Poland. Detailed information on delivery conditions can be found on each listing.
# I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT
Before receiving the parcel from the courier company, always check whether the parcel has not been damaged during transport. If the box shows signs of external damage, you can refuse to accept the shipment and contact us by e-mail at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org (it is worth mentioning in the title that this is a shipment damaged during transport). After acknowledging receipt of the parcel, we recommend opening the parcel in the presence of the courier and, in the event of damage resulting from transport, writing down a damage report and asking the courier for a signature - such a document constitutes the basis for a subsequent complaint. If it is not possible to prepare a report, please take detailed photos of the damage and send them to us electronically. If you have any questions, please contact us by email.
# CAN I EXCHANGE A PURCHASED PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?
Yes. In such a case, the procedure is identical to that of returning the goods, but the shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. If the second product is more expensive, please pay extra, if it is cheaper, we will refund the difference. We send the second product after receiving the returned product.
# HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
In the case of retail orders, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return (this period is counted from the date of issuing the receipt/invoice). You can read more about returns and complaints in dedicated section.
